From 1991 to 1994 he was a partner in Martínez, Quintana, Arboleya & Delgado de Armas in Coral Gables, Florida. In 1994 he founded Raul R. Delgado de Armas and Associates in Miami, Florida, providing professional legal services in the areas of transactional work, including real estate and business acquisitions; and probate matters. Since the mid-1990s, Delgado de Armas’s practice has been devoted almost exclusively to estate planning and Medicaid planning.
